At Hotel ConventGarten we like to eat with the seasons. After all, no two seasons’ produce is the same. Our chef Dieter Zabel takes our guests on a journey of discovery through the wonderful cuisine of Schleswig-Holstein, creating exciting specials and seasonal menus that are perfectly in tune with the time of year. His seasonal flavours and modern takes on the old classics are sure to impress.
From 11 a.m. on the first Sunday of each month, we offer a buffet brunch laden with all sorts of delicious seasonal dishes and brunch classics. For €28.90 per head, you can help yourself to whatever takes your fancy, washed down with a glass of sparkling wine, as well as the usual tea, coffee and selection of fruit juices.
