Whether you’re looking to organise a small intimate seminar or a major conference with 350 guests, at Hotel ConventGarten we have the right space and technical setup to make your event a success. Our function rooms are flexible and highly versatile spaces equipped with all the professional accoutrement you need, be it a projector screen and projector, technical sound equipment or a handy presenter’s pack.

Ultimately your success is our success. That’s why we’re here by your side ready to help plan your event and make sure everything runs smoothly on the day. As a starting point, we offer two packages, both of which are also available at half-day rates.

OUR BUSINESS PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Equipment: 1 projection screen, 1 projector, 1 Metaplan wall incl. paper, 1 flip chart incl. paper and 3 pens, 1 notepad and 1 pen per person, internet access/WiFi
  • Freshly made coffee and tea provided at mid-morning break (2 cups per person)
  • Lunch: 2-course menu or finger buffet at the chef’s discretion, incl. unlimited soft drinks (mineral water, apple juice and Coca-Cola)
  • Unlimited mineral water, apple juice and Coca-Cola in the event room
  • Freshly made coffee and tea provided at afternoon break (2 cups per person)
